This abbreviation is used for people with Overly Creative Behavior who tend to have low maturity towards their others which also reflects in their profession

1. Those trolls are probably the OCBs. This behavior needs a correctional measure before it deteriorates the company's culture.
2. The movie was actually very good! I think it did not do well on box-office because of online trolls.
