Uptown Manhattan, where numbers are used to define streets, not names. Everything above 14th street, more or less. Meaningless jive area, doesn't need to exist.

The best. A phrase used when an act, object or person produces 1. positive financial return; 2. positive outcome; 3. when situations occur allowing for gain
Example 1.
"I don't know how to tell you this, but I'm kind of a big deal. You could say I'm the numbers of Napa Valley."
Example 2.
"We finished 10 surgeries by 5pm! That's the numbers!"
(The surgeon completed a large number of cases in a short amount of time, thus leading to an increase in profit for the hospital and surgeon. The numbers.)
