In the halo 2 game it is someone who either doesn't know how to teabag or when they do teabag they are teabagging the floor and not the dead body.

Red1: Yeah, Bitch you like those nuts don't you.
Red2: Dude you arn't even doin it right, his fucking body is 2 feet from you. You look stupid you noob.
