Slang for No shave November.To not shave the whole month of November. Generally one is to shave on the night of October the 31st to participate.

A lazy slacking freeloading bum. A person who is always looking for a handout, but never wants to do anything to deserve it. Also can describe a dimwitted person who accomplishes meager tasks and expects grand rewards.
