A low gutter form of the idiomatic language called Ebonics but riddled with even more grotesque spelling errors. The idea behind the idiom is to "stick it to the whitey" apparently by sounding like a complete retard.
In their quest for trying to sound hip, cool and different, they instead come across like Stepin' Fetchit from the 1930''s or JarJar Binks, denigerate themselves and do the people a great disservice. Whoever came up with the idea that sounding like brain-damaged, school drop-out loser was a good thing should have been dragged into the streets screaming and beaten to death in front of their kids.
Typically used by dumb idle-rich suburban white kids to indicate association with the poor inner city black sub-culture but instead makes the user appear drugged-up and uneducated. Expressions of Niggese include 'wif', 'nigguh', 'Azn', 'dogg','thuggz' and 'biatch'.

Get the Niggest mug.It is a high school in Skokie, IL. It is a semi-suburban high school in Cook County, very close to Chicago. It is a high school that is shared between Skokie, Lincolnwood, Niles, and Morton Grove. Niles North and Main East are the other high schools within that area of the Chicagoland area, but that's a whole different story. Niles West does a good job at disciplining students because punk ass teenagers so close to Chicago need plenty of discipline at that age. The faculty tries to show you what life is like after high school as an attempt to show the reality of the world. It is a great place once you finish your freshman year which is pure torture when you are under developed, smaller, and don't know what the hell is going on. But for the latter 3 years of high school, it runs much more smoothly.
