Someone who comes from the small East Texas town of Nacogdoches but is trashy. Nac Rats get drunk and start stuff, they never really leave, and they're low class.

Guy 1: Did you see that guy? He's so hillbilly.

Guy 2: Don't mind him, he's a Nac Rat. It's what they do.

Abbreviation for "Not A Chance".... pronounced as nack. It is a negative form of expression implying that the individual does not intend or want to do something, etc. It can also be applied that some situation is impossible of occurrence.
