Murr is a common sound made by animals, most of the time cats or dogs, that have just munted. The sound can be a quiet murrr to a quiet agonizing MURRRRR depending on how sick the animal is.

I got no sleep! Katies cat started to murr at 1am in the morning and when we got up there was vomit everywhere...
