Only at Miller Grove is a catchphrase used in various memes and image macros to express either the absurdity of a location or the exaggeration of absurdity. Based on an image of a high school student reading, presumably at Miller Grove high school in Georgia, the phrase serves a similar nonsensical and recursive style as My Man Kevin on the Ledge and Shit.

midlevel

A health care provider with less formal education and less training than that of a medical doctor (physician).

Midlevel providers have a more restricted scope of practice than physicians and are not accredited nor licensed by the state's Board of Medicine. For example, nurse practitioners (NPs) are licensed by the state's Board of Nursing.

Midlevel providers cost less to hire than physicians. Midlevels are often employed by for-profit corporations to offer basic medical services (e.g. flu shots), such as at the CVS MinuteClinic or Walmart Care Clinic.

Examples of midlevels include: nurse practitioners (NP/DNP), nurse anesthetist (CRNA) or physician assistants (PA).

Some states (e.g. Michigan) now recognize dental hygienists as midlevel providers.

I am concerned that the midlevel may have misdiagnosed me. May I please get a second opinion from the midlevel's supervising physician, just to be safe?

david raymond miller is the American born mayor of toronto, the biggest city in Canada. He's known to be a hypocrite for efforts to slash police funding while campaigning on a law and order platform. His communist hoplophobic views are apparent in his repeated calls for handgun bans. His insanity prevents him from realizing that previous repeated banning of inanimate objects fail to prevent them from being used by criminals.

If david miller thinks banning handguns will prevent criminals from using them, he must believe there is no narcotics problem in toronto. Narcotics have been banned for decades, yet criminals traffic them like they were going out of style.

david miller claims half of all guns used in toronto crimes originated from the US, but can't provide proof of this claim. Police admit they can't trace the origins of 60% of these guns. Does david's insanity come with clairvoyance?
