Short for mennonite which is a person who is part of a religion that says they should be seperate from the world. There are lots of these around Wellesley Township in Ontario Canada. Some of the types are:
-David Martin
-Old Order
-Amish
-Markim
-New Order

Most of these mennos are hallarous cause they are funny and use un-forgetable expressions such as oya once

"Hey whos all coming Turkey catching tonite?"
"oh, its me and a bunch of mennos"

2) Folk music groups with all men. See brokeback.

A protestant faith. Major tenants of their beliefs consist of pacifism, believer's baptism, and a penchant towards social justice and equality. Loose translation; the guys cry alot and are copious pussy eaters, and the girls are dikey, earthy and typically progressive. Damn good people. Fascinated with lame board games and all around do gooding. Not to be confused with their terrorist cousins the Amish.
