Mattamortis

Mattamortis - a subjective sensation of feeling tired and unmotivated to work out at Shocker Fitness. Accompanied by muscle and body fatique. This condition usually affects the early morning session but has been know to infiltrate other sessions of Shcoker Fitness. Because of its subjectivity it is not a term that can be used in medicine.

Missing 8 of the 10 weeks of Shocker fitness due to Snoop Dog Concerts, Vegas trips, Shocker basketball games and varius other late night activities is a condition of Mattamortis.
