Soulja Slim (Magnolia Slim)

A great rapper out of New Orleans (3rd Ward Magnoila Projects). Now deceased, Soulja Slim was gunned down on thanksgiving eve in the year 2003. Before known as Magnolia Slim, he started rapping when he was really young and was a high demand at parties. He worked with producer KLC (DJ KLC) on Hype Enough Records then moved onto No Limit Records after he was locked up. He released Give It To Em Raw, got incarterated, released The Streets Made Me and left No Limit shortly after. He started his own label Cut Throat Comitty Records, released Years Later and Years Later A Few Months After once he got a deal with KOCH. Slim was and is a great rapper, spittin words of truth, he never made it to national fame but you gotta give him all the credits for the popular song "Slow Motion" which was a gift to Juvenile to put on his album so Slim can be known nationally, too bad he died. People need to know the name Soulja Slim and now you know whos the voice behind "Slow Motion". Be sure to look out for B.G. and Soulja Slim's album "Never seen us coming" due later this year.

Magnolia Science Academy

A crackhouse turned in to a school. Created in 2002, this "school" is located in Reseda, California. It is within 50 feet of a bar, 100 feet of the San Fernando Valleys version of skid row, and 200 feet from that crazy hobo that always talks to herself. It's run by a fat, ugly, always pregnant, Ms. "Kelly". Almost all the teachers are from Turkey, meaning they speak almost no english. The lunch area is a fenced of area of the parking lot. The security guard is 70 something years old. It is one crappy place to go to school. But it beats Muhualand by a long shot.

Magnolia Science Academy is where all the dumbest, smart people go.

Moonlight and magnolia

Refers to the romanticization of the pre-civil war south. The term alludes to soft lighting and flower scents. It has evolved as a synonym for "euphemism."
Allegedly, the phrase was coined by the writers of "Gone With The Wind" to descibe the scene at Twelve Oaks when the confederates found out that war had been declared. It refers to the men's eagerness to battle and the women's eagerness to 'claim' their confederate soldier before he left.
