Made-in-China Syndrome

Made-in-China Syndrome occurs, when someone implies that your valuables are not much worth as you think by presuming that they were made in an economy using plenty of cheap labour, often out of envy, ignorance or piss-taking.
"Look at this ring! I got this at an auction website last week! That was a bargain as well!"
"T's have a look...Cheap sliver shine, innit? Probably hot stuff. Or a sweat shop fake..."
"Here we go again. You're going through another round of Made-in-China syndrome, David!"

Made In China Too

Where almost everything comes from.

(Even that special thing you're for sure wasn't).
Boy: "Mummy, where do babies come from?"

Mother: "They come from very special places called factories."

Boy: "But whhhyyy?"

Mother: "Because corporations and politicians are what we call whores, sweetie."

Boy: "But how do I know I'm Made In China Too?"

Mother: "Show me the bottom of your right foot....... Seeee?"

A Match Made In China

The opposite of "a match made in Heaven".

An imperfect, flawed or badly constructed relationship between two people.

Phrase used to describe a relationship which looks as if it will soon come to an end.
John and Stacy will never stay together, they're a match made in China.

not made in China

A myth in North America in the year 2013 that there are still products on the market that are not made in China.
"I heard that there was a screwdriver for sale at a hardware store in southern Oklahoma."

"Impossible. I looked there. There are no products left on shelves in North America that are not made in China."
