term, looka actually came from
the tropical island of Newfoundland, Canada. It actually stems from 'look at', but in the Northern Shores beyond
Conception Bay North, looka means 'shes a looker!'.

1. People who just come to look.
2. People who go out of their way to look at people or something often causing crowds and more disruption.
3. People who enjoy staring at watching other peoples misfortune. Oftentimes car onlookers to car accidents.
Same as Looky Lou; often spelled as Looky-loo (hyphen) or lookylou

In L.A. usually the lookyloo's cause more accidents by not paying full attention to what is ahead of them.

Looky Loose

A gawker or rubbernecker that stairs at disasters, accidents or people in the process of misfortune. For example there is a car accident on a street and a looky loose (or looky lou) will ride by, slow down and turn thier head to check out the scene. A looky loose will also be one of those people that are always there to see fire fighters or EMTs in action when they are in thier neighborhood.

What are are looking at ya looky loose. Can't you see there are people hurt here ya dumb ass!

Lookatmelioma

Lookatmelioma is a condition suffered by adults and young adults having been given too many loser's trophies and participation ribbons as children and is frequently accompanied by poor self-esteem/low self-confidence. Symptoms include frequent unabashed celebration of normality, constant posting of non achievements on social media, bragging, poorly executed oneupsmanship, and an inability to recognize their behavior as abnormal. The only known cure is a kick in ass.

"Hey bro, what's up with Paul?"
