Chester road license

Chester road license - A term used by rural nova scotians, particularly in the valley region, to describe a fictional type of drivers license used by motor vehicle owners or operators who do not own a valid drivers license of any kind or currently have the license suspended and may or may not be intoxicated at the time of operation.

The term is believed to have originated in the late 1990's after an increase of traffic offenses occurring on the section of highway 14 connecting Windsor, Hants County, and Chester, Lunenburg County.

Off-License

A place (in the UK) where you can purchase alcoholic beverages for consumption "off the premises". As opposed to a Pub, Inn or Bar, which holds a license to sell alcohol for consumption on the premises. Often referred to as "the off'y" Many Pubs or Inns also sell alcohol for consumption off the premises too, but charge what they would have charged if it was sold piecemeal over the bar. (Then it would be called pricey or dear.

The excepted right for people to be able to make fun of others of their own race and not get in any trouble for it.

The Jew can say, "man you were on that faster than a Jew on a penny" and the African American can say, "yo you run faster than a black guy from the cops". Whereas if anyone else did they'd just be a dick because they dont have the racial license to say such things.
