1). one of the the two is not aware that the other wants a divorce

3). not being able to afford the rent/mortgage somewhere else
4). both parties involved want to keep the house for financial reasons but can not afford it on their own

6). there are no other romantic partners available for one or both of the
people involved or they do not think they can do any better
