Kettering internet

1. Slow as all hell.
2. Something that Kettering IT seemingly has no control over.
3. Form of torture subjected on Kettering freshmen to weed out the weak hearted.

Kettering internet is slow as all hell. Kettering IT obviously has no clue wtf they are doing. It has gotten so bad that a freshman recently ripped off his own testicles to take his mind off the pain of such slow downloads. I wish I had 56k.
