Jocker is what you call the Ali Syed accent of "Joker". Since this version or joker is made by an intelejec god, it makes jocker more powerful than joker. Joker in the famous movie; The Dark Knight, is a complex charchter who phycologicly manipulate good and ordinary people with his brilliant and ilaberate plans to bring them down into corruption and chaos while exposeing the flaws in society. But, Ali's Jocker is better. This Jocker is basicly like the regular joker except hes as retarded and thinks hes smart by copying shit off google. Instead or being an Intelligent man who wears makeup like the regular joker.
