A childish word for a lie that seems stupid, obvious and that no one thinks is real

Commonly used by people who can't think of any other words to say, and just dome up with it on the spot

"I think of this as a bunch of bureaucratic jibery-joo"

"I think that your idea is jibery-joo"

midnight jiberish

The point past midnight where someone starts talking jiberish just because the person is really tired and should probably go to sleep. It may seem like the person is high, but in fact, he/she just has a severe case of midnight jiberish.

"Why were you reciting Disney movies to me last night?"
"I was? It was probably midnight jiberish."
