First uttered by an English MP during parliament and used to discribe that something was fucked, or messed, up.Subsequently this MP was threatened with a lawsuit for bringin the name in Ill repute as this is a kids choclate drink i am told.

A young boy who has lots of acne and doesn't seem to wash his face. He is VERY GOOD LOOKING and in addition to that his chink adds cuteness to his face. He is GREAT IN BED and great in anything else to be done with girls. Although, a sloppy kisser. He is amazing and is adored by everyone.
