A sentence used as a polite way to brush off someone you've been having a conversation with for more than two minutes. There's no intention of ever actually hanging out with the person. It's just an easier way of saying, "I have to go. Bye now."

A: You've really done a lot for this community.
B: Heh... I guess you can say that.
A: Without your efforts, we'd still be in crippling debt.
B: Mhm... Yep.
A: How were you able to pull all this off in such a short amount of time?
B: Hey, we should hang out some time.
A: Oh... Yeah! Sounds good! What days are you off this week?
B: See you around.

The length of a black person's cornrows on their neck. If thier braids don't reach AT LEAST their midneck, then they have no 'hang time'. If they've been growing their hair for more than three years and don't have hangtime they need to wear weave or cut thier hair off.

Hangtime

When one climbs to heights,(rafters, shelves, top ropes, the roof of your house, exc.) and plummets there own body to a object on the ground (person, Chair, Table, animal, exc.) Hangtime happens after you jump, and before you hit your target. The more hangtime the better the show.

its not a proper way to break down cardboard boxes, but damn that white boy gets good hangtime, like little Ray Mysterio, elbow drops and all that shit, Randy Machoman Savage style.
