An incredibly amazing town in south west Norway. All the major Norwegian superstars originate from this place. The citizens of Hjelmeland are quite possessive of their community and will have a deer-in-the-headlight type look when they spot someone that may not belong to their flock. They get a bit stressed, but when calmed down, they understand that people from other places may also be kind and considerate. They are very eager to place you in the societal family tree, so find a common last name in the area and simply say you are distant cousin. That will open doors and people will give a warm welcome (unless you picked a name with some bad blood of course). Hjelmeland was struck by a meteor a while back, so maybe that explains the odd behavior.
