The act of inserting a finger or thumb into an unsuspecting victims anus through their fresh new underwear, thus causing a permanent poo stain. If done in a forceful manner, blood stains may accompany the poo stains.

Sick enough that you feel miserable but not so bad that you can stay home from work or avoid other obligations.

This was someone's name but it sounded to me like it fit the new definition I gave it. It has nothing to do with that person in particular.
