Green Out

Basically;

You’re so high on weed (hence, “green” out), that you are totally useless. Common effects of greening out would be horrible munchies, motor functions are almost gone, you can’t speak coherently, memory loss from the night of, nausea, vomiting, etc.

In other terms, it’s like getting blacked out drunk, but instead of alcohol, it’s weed.

Jason: Dude, last night I got so zooted I couldn’t even walk.

Cam: Aw bro, did you green out?

Jason: maybe, can’t remember much man.

Green Onions

Parking Enforcement Officers employed by the city of Montreal are a sub-division of the Montreal police force, the Montreal SPVM (Service de police de la Ville de Montréal) where they are nicknamed "Green Onions" due to their formerly green uniforms.

Creton, who is of French origin, also had harsh words for the staff responsible for monitoring parking meters - green onions - which, according to him, sometimes appear "arrogant, vulgar and disgraceful. They are aggressive and strike without warning. He then adds that he regularly notices them (green onions), on Peel Street, waiting for the parking meters expire as to immediately impose fines on motorists.

Green Out

Green Out: When a pot smoker has smoked a lot of weed in a short amount of time, or taken large hits of very good bud and passes out. Vision gets blurry, loss of hearing, and your balance gets so out of whack you don't know which way is up. This can happen with both newbies & long time smokers.

After three hits in a row off of the gravity bong, Clint fell over and had a green out. He woke up, drank some water & was fine.
