A term used to describe an individual who perceives them self as a intellectual, but is actually the opposite. "Glavin" is also used to describe people who are overly annoyed with the smallest of details, and are usually homosexual.

Elon Musk proclaimed his only passion project the Glayvinator in the Simpsons episode The Musk Who Fell to Earth . Recent research has found that it ties back to the Glavin. These lifeforms were introduced in 2015 by Professor Fink in the Simpsons Comic Book The Treehouse of Horrors.
