The event, when having eaten a large amount of food, you're stomach bulges out, much like that of a pregnant woman. It is highly uncomfortable and often occurs Thanksgiving.

when you have eated a truly stupid amount of food, thus having streached your stomach into a shape that resembles that of a pregnant lady, execpt your baby is made out of food, thus the name Food Baby. Food babies are often the product of eating rampages.

When someone eats too much, and their stomach has the little roll. It looks some what similar to being under three months pregnant. As for the name, food baby it makes itself pretty self explanatory.
