A combination of the words "floppy" and "hippity-hoppity". Think about holding a slice of bologna while bouncing on a trampoline - the bologna's state would not be still, it would be floppity.

A slinky is floppity while descending stairs.

A rabbit's ears are floppity while it bounces through the grass.
