Fachero

The term is used in South America, and refers to somebody who is exceptionally good looking, so therefore it is a compliment, and tends to be used for men only. It is both a noun and an adjective; the noun has three different forms:

Someone who goes to parties to shoot photos of people who are drunk/wasted and uploads them to his/her facebook album the next day!
