Get the Emdmug. A big, greasy beast of an engine Built by Electro-Motive Division (EMD) now called Electro-motive Diesel, the 645 is the iron heart of classic American freight and passenger locomotives. Even Boats uses it. Known for shaking the earth, waking the dead, and running forever. Comes in various models like V12, V16, or even turbocharged – because more cylinders = more badassery.

Get the emdmug. You dirty minded people. EMD doesn’t mean “eAt mY dIcK”. it means ELECTRO-MOTIVE DIESEL. A brand that makes diesel-electric locomotives, locomotive products, and diesel engines used in the rail industry. Originally founded in 1922 as Electro-Motive Engineering Corporation, it was acquired by General Motors in 1930 and became GM's Electro-Motive Division. In 2005, GM sold it to Greenbriar Equity Group and Berkshire Partners, and by 2010 it was bought by Progress Rail, a subsidiary of Caterpillar. EMD is known for producing some of the most iconic locomotives in the world, including the famous F-series and SD-series engines.
