A person who thinks that President Obama was not only born outside of the united states, but also believes that he faked killing Osama Bin Laden to gain publicity and make the "birther" debate go away.

An individual, often a disgruntled birther, who, under the impression that nothing good for America is allowed to happen while Barack Obama is President of the United States, believes either one of two things regarding the death of Osama Bin Laden:

a) He is not actually dead.

b) He was killed a long time and was kept on ice should the administration ever need a political distraction.

Somebody who doesn't believe that Osama Bin Laden is really dead, that Barack Obama fabricated the entire thing for publicity or to take everyones mind off his birth certificate. Very similar to a birther, who doesn't believe that Barack Obama was born in this country.
