Indian culture in the 17th century was scientific and sophisticated, however the people were incapable to progress and it eventually became a "bottleneck culture".

Get the bottleneck culturemug. Is the derogatory name for people who fail to evolve to their respective society in a functioning way. The word was coined from an observation of sociopolitical evolution (or the lack thereof) pertaining to psychographic groups in America most likely to be arrested or suffer from perceived systemic oppression. The term "bottlenecker" can apply to anyone; though, it's most commonly associated with black people who are trapped in an evolutionarily psychological prison who use "systemic oppression" as an excuse for their cultural failures. Instead, there is the viewpoint of a socially evolutionary "bottleneck" pertaining to blacks who can't make it on their own in western civilization, in contrast with those who can.
