A term often used by those with limited mental capacity to emphasize they would like something unpleasant done that they would not like to do, or are unable to do themselves.

Bird dog

The act of watching or staring at a worker as they perform a job. Is often preformed by the foreman, supervisor, or anyone in a position of power. A totally unjust act that doesn’t actually help the job along, and just irritates and pisses off the workers

Look at Andy over there bird doggin the guys. What a fucking douche.

Andy would sit and bird dog the guys, even though the job was on schedule just to be a dick.
