The phrase originates when a user meant to type "never" but made a typing error. A cow VTuber named Crelly first used the phrase. Crelly made the typing error while replying to the clipper baggypantsman about "freeing his rod," as the phrase is now a permanent reminder of how much Crelly fumbles.
