Baofag

An individual... usually a 12-year old boy who buys a cheap $25 7-watt handheld radio on Amazon, and then uses it to illegally activate radio-controlled systems in their area, including public safety, business, and amateur radio repeaters. But, they're most notable for falsely activating tornado sirens. They learn the frequencies and codes used to trigger the siren(s) and set them off at various times, causing fear and annoyance to the whole community.

BO-FAG-SH-NA. it can be used upon many terms, whether the person is happy he may say "bofagshna!". apart from using it within expressive terms, it can also mean a freaky white person who may enjoy parading the streets shouting "I SHALL RULE THE WORLD!!"
