AR-15

AR means armalite not assault rifle but who gives a fuck because if u give one to a kid with depression while hes at school we can all have a great time. Most are semi automatic but i guess u could make one full auto if u really wanted *cough* meet me at my house at 3 *cough* but most ppl dont have the money to fuck around with that. The media also likes to give this gun bad publisity , u know cuz ppl like to bring them to school and play the song "pumed up kicks" while mowing down kindergardeners. But really its just another gun that almost everyone has.

AR-15

Semiautomatic version of the M-16 used by the United States military, legal for civilian ownership in most states thereof. Uses the .223/5.56 NATO round. Like the M-16, it's accurate but not very reliable because of its direct gas impingement system.

My buddy got killed by home invaders because his AR-15 jammed. He should have bought an AK or FAL.

An overrated plinker owned by far too many people, mostly trendy try-hards, that must be broken down and cleaned more often than the AK to keep it running reliably and is more complicated and tedious to break down and clean than the AK to boot. In return for this trouble you'll get an extra MOA of accuracy that you'll never need in a real world combat or personal defense situation

The AR-15 is a fun toy but when they SHTF, I am reaching for my AK-74.
