When someone hasn't really succeeded in making themself look hotter, more likable, or intelligent. They only slightly have improved and could definitely do better. For example, if one takes a thirst trap on snapchat, but didn't really improve their look and nobody slides up, they have only gone from an 8 to an 8.3 and need to do better.

In the old days there was an expression: whatever tickles your fancy - which meant whatever you want to do. Nowadays when people are more sexually overt, whatever tickles your pickle means whatever sexually stimulates you. You can use your own imagination as to the reference intended with each of the words.

This time we're taking it to a more straight-forward method with "whatever vibrates you to an Orgasm"usually heard it in a sarcastic tone

Guy: Haha, I would never get in the car with you

A popular internet meme which has derived from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, in which town guardsmen will often say to the player "I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow to the knee".

The meme is often used as a response in forum posts or YouTube comments, particularly to people thinking of past events in their life.

Guy 1: "Look at my new Gamecube!"
Guy 2: "Yeah I used to have one of those"
Guy 1: "...Then I took an arrow to the knee"

Or as a way of expressing the fact that Skyrim is the game to be playing right now. For example:
