A term used to over exaggerate how untrue something is. It is commonly found on Reddit comments on stories that are obviously false, usually Tumblr stories.

Tumblr user: I smacked that sexist, racist, white homophobe after he might have tried to insult me and everyone on the plane clapped, including the pilot.

Person: That story is definitely $100% true.

This term means that somebody/someone or something isn't working, or functioning to their full capacity.

This can be used as a synonym for MIA on aim or msn.
