Gooch Muffin

The onset form of a taint after several hours of continuous ass pounding to the point that the gooch swells and forms a shape and mushy feel, similar to a tasty muffin top. Similar to the phenomenon known as cauliflower ear.

Example: Bobby banged me so hard last night I grew an uncontrollably fat gooch muffin.
