The first ever 787 crash was an air India flight, their cabins are disgusting, with dirt and grime everywhere, IFEs broken and falling apart, seats falling apart and dead flies in galleys where food is prepared. And they once delayed a plane for five hours due to a technical problem, didn’t move it back to the gate or brought airstairs up to the exits so everyone could disembark and the aircon was off, leaving all passengers and crew trapped onboard in the blazing heat.
