Hot Spot

Used to describe a concentrated spot in your drugs that are cut with something. Whenever your dealer tried to add fentanyl to his cocaine to have more weight, he didn't cook and cut it down properly so there was a good sized chunk of the concentrated fentanyl right in the middle and you had no idea.
