A penis. The opposite of a poon. It may sometimes be adorned with a tight, latex cover to prevent the excretion of baby-making fluids. Some females have also been known to have a pengas, although it is primarily owned by males.

Females in Drama have a pengas, while males in Drama have a poon.

Pingay

The name that losers from Summit, Short Hills, etc. call the Pingry School located in both Short Hills and Martinsville, NJ. The reason that they call it "Pingay" is because they are jealous that we are so cool and have so much god damn money. Yeah we are rich, and we know it. They also use it to say that something is really gay.

John- "Dude, did you see Adam's shoe's today?"
