A Mitsaka is someone who kins Venti. They will look at Venti and gasp to their friends, "LOOK! ITS DADDY V!"

Sometimes they are found in the wild around Tom Holland, their lord and savior.

Now Of course, Mitsakas are extremely aggressive they will punch and rip your teeth out if you dare say something bad about their friends or Venti. They hate hu Tao with a burning passion however. They have a soft spot for their friends :)
