This person will walk into a room that's messy and have the sudden urge to clean it. If that is impossible due to the situation such as being at a party, the victim will leave the vicinity immediately.

Ex. 1 My friend turned out to be a messafobe when we moved in together. Now every room has to be clean at all times.

Ex. 2 Since dave is such a messafobe he can only go places where they keep shit clean, like a hospital or a church.

Messagemaxxing

Messagemaxxing is the act of sending as many messages as possible online without resorting to spamming, it's usually done in discord servers that give activity rewards. The term was coined by The Eternal Kingdom during spring of 2023 when despite everyone taking breaks from social medias, a few did the opposite and went to spend too much time on their computers grinding for messages and points that come with them.

Person 1: Adam sent over a thousand messages in a single day in our server without breaking any rules
Person 2: No way, he must've spammed to get to that point!
Person 1: He didn't even spam, the guy's straight up messagemaxxing
Person 2: Sounds like terminally online behavior to me...
