A known convicted drug addict that is disguised as a plumber protecting the mushroom kingdom. He assassinates mushrooms and has been caught 7 times. 4 of those times were for vandalism. He is wanted and is very harmful to all the mushroom kingdom residents. If you see his iconic green cap, with a L decal on the front, run to the nearest phonebooth and contact your loved ones; for he will murder you upon exit of the booth. rip your organs out of your chest, specifically your liver, and sell them to your family. He cannot be persuaded or moved; he will get back up and kill you anyway.
