White flight

Unlike what most shitheads on this site say, white flight is basically where white people move away from the inner cities to more expensive "vanilla suburbs" which leads to inner cities consisting of increased populations of blacks and hispanics.

White flight is not hatred or bigotry towards minorities. It's just white people simply moving to a home with more bedrooms.

The legal Record label originated by Sherman Wright II and published for the records in April, 27, 2007. The label is in the process of growing as it constists of only beats lyrics, and freestyles. In the furture, this label intends to have a list of clientele including artists, producers, managers, and lyricsists.

Though True Flight Recordings is often mispronounced, its meaning remains clear to most; it will always mean a discovery of self and higher.

bright flight

Bright flight is the sociologic and demographic term denoting a trend wherein everyone smart enough to realize there is nothing of value to be gained, economically or culturally, flees their community as the affluency of a geographic area decreases. Anyone able to contribute to advancing society will follow jobs and opportunities out of town, leaving a wasteland of mouth-breathers and neanderthals behind them.

Detroit fell to shit in the 70s due to White Flight, but the entire Detroit Metro Area was devastated beyond repair in the 00s due to Bright Flight.
