Clap the erasers

When I went to school in the 30’s, at the end of every day a couple of students were assigned to knock that day’s build up of chalk dust from writing on the blackboard. So, they would go outside and clap two erasers together for a couple of minutes to knock out the chalk dust.

Eager Beaver

A notorious nickname for Irish Gaelic football players, in particular for forwards who poach goals and link up well with the midfield. Eager Beavers always make runs for possession as well as tackling heavily.

1. The nickname given to the team that does good during the season, and chokes everytime in the playoffs/championships.
2. Just plain sucks donkey balls.

Eraserheads

A False Rock band in the Philippines. My countrymen think they are rock but they are not. They don't come close to Real Rock bands like Led Zeppelin and AC/DC. The Philippines will not be able to produce a good quality band like in other countries.
