Bandwagonism 

When somebody puts up a facebook status, email or message of any kind and asks you either to send it on to others or repost it. Once you have done this you have successfully achieved bandwagonism! It is usually to spread awareness of some kind but actually does nothing whatsoever in order to help the cause. Only done by people with nothing more interesting to say and usually have no knowledge of the cause itself.

The NSPCC change your facebook profile picture to a cartoon for abused children campaign. Lots of people were guilty of bandwagonism.

An online gamer who has nothing better to do than to join a bandwagon and flame or help undermine an individual or gropus of individuals for no apparent reason.

A particular kind of bandwagon where participants routinely deride or denounce (bash) a particular object/person/concept merely because it is deemed popular to do so.

"Wayne Rooney is a thug!"

What a bandwagon fan becomes when they hop OFF as quickly as they hopped ON.

Drake, a Toronto Raptors team executive and dunk contest prop, crashed Miami Heat championship celebrations before moving to Cleveland to attend Cavaliers games. Drake is the biggest bandwag that ever bandwagged. He is the clown prince of bandwagging.
