A shining draw is the upgraded for of a destiny draw performed by yuma tsukumo in yugioh zexal. He is able to manifest or create a card that he needs for a specific situation and have it on the top of his deck when he draws. He first uses this when combined with astral using the power of Zexal.

Yuma's shining draw helped him manifest a zexal weapon on the top of his deck.
