The act of hiring a prostitute to interfere with another person's life without the knowledge or consent of that person. Certain states where prositution is legal also have specific laws prohibiting the use of prostitutes to target individuals for the purposes of "social espionage" or information gathering.

Don't talk to that girl, it looks like your frenemy just hired a whore to show sore.

a person who can not accept loss at all. Will try to make any excuse as to why they should’ve won/why their opponent should’ve lost. These people are extremely stubborn.

Donald Trump just won’t accept that he lost the 2020 election.
