Hooligan

When someone ( normally a 12 year old ) tries to use the word hooligan in jokes to make them look like they know what they're talking about, when in reality no one knows what they are talking about. For some reason, these strange creatures from ages 10 to 14 atually understand each other, for they snicker/laugh uncontrollably at the sound of "hooligan" or the term "69". Perhaps one day, we will find out the secrete to this language of these very peculiar creatures.

Hooligoggan

Out of context information that may be meaningful to the person speaking, but is in fact completely irrelevant (and many times inappropriate) to the listener. The person speaking doesn't necessarily have to be a creepy middle-aged man, but it could be a factor in the situation.

Student 1: How did you like that physics lecture today?
Student 2: It was very informative, but I thought the part where the professor talked about his mother in law massaging his back was kind of weird.
Student 1: Yeah, and don't forget about when he told us about his burning urinary tract infection.
Student 2: What a bunch of hooligoggan.
Professor: You boys want to join me in my office bathroom for blumpkins?

Hoolism

Due to self-deception, illusion, or delusion, the tendency to be exceedingly self-serving but under the pretense that one is working to make the world a better place, common in start-up culture. Named after the fictitious company called "Hooli" in the HBO series, "Silicon Valley." In the words of Hooli CEO, Gavin Belson, "I don't want to live in a world where someone else makes the world a better place better than we do."

This guy radiates hoolism more than a star radiates heat.
