The term grinding a game means to play a game by yourself to make coins/cash etc.

Person.1 Jesus someone has been grinding a game.

Person.2 No I have just been playing.
Person.3 You have just been doing challenges by yourself, therefore, you have been grinding this Game.
Person.1 Yeah and you can be bothered to get on every day even for 30 seconds to do challenges.
